Therapy
Teletherapy
Online therapy is extremely effective and offers several benefits. Many enjoy the convenience of meeting in the comfort of their home and often feel more at ease in a familiar environment. Virtual therapy also provides an opportunity for college students to receive continuity of care, which has been a major hurdle in the past. I am able to see college students while they are at school and at home for breaks as long as they are located in one of the many states that I am licensed in.
I am licensed in North Carolina, Virginia, and New York. I am also PSYPACT approved, which means I can see clients located in these states.
People I work with often come into therapy feeling:
-
Stuck
“I’m in a rut.”
“I’ve lost all motivation.”
“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
-
Misunderstood
“I just don’t fit in.”
“I feel so isolated.”
“Nobody understands.”
-
Overwhelmed
“I feel so depleted.”
“I can’t handle this anymore.”
“I’m burned out.”
-
Insignificant
“I don’t deserve this.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I feel like a fraud.”
Through active engagement in therapy, you can leave feeling:
-
Psychologically Flexible
“I feel reconnected + revitalized.”
“I know what truly matters to me.”
“I can shift my perspective.”
-
Self-Assured
“I live in harmony with my mind.”
“I flexibly navigate life’s demands.”
“I appreciate my differences.”
-
Assertive
“I know + respect my limits.”
“I set boundaries when necessary.”
“I prioritize my health + wellbeing.”
-
Worthy
“I am capable.”
“I recognize my innate strengths.”
“I am deserving of compassion.”
