Our Practice:
Elon Psychology is currently hiring licensed full-time and part-time clinicians for both therapy and assessment. We are receive a significant number of referrals for adult autism testing and neurodivergent-affirming therapy. We also see many college students struggling with the stress of transitioning to emerging adulthood.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate must understand autism and ADHD through a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Many of our clients are LGBTQIA+, so you must be affirming and knowledgeable about that population as well. Our clients also tend to struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, depression, health issues, work-life balance, and/or relationship issues.
Clinicians must be licensed in NC or eligible to see NC-based clients through PSYPACT. Psychologists who are PSYPACT approved are encouraged to apply.
Neurodivergent clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.
The Position:
We offer flexibility in terms of crafting a schedule that works best for you. This can include a combination of assessment and therapy or solely therapy. The position can be completely virtual, hybrid, or completely in-person.
This is a W2 position. Employees receive a competitive set rate per therapy session and assessment. Bonus opportunities are available.
If doing therapy only, the minimum expectation for full-time work is 20 therapy cases/week. If doing therapy and assessment, the minimum expectation for full-time work is 16 therapy cases/week and 2 assessments/month.
