My Values.

  • Authenticity

Therapy provides the time and space for you to slow down and connect with your most genuine, authentic self. I will work with you to identify the life you want to live and empower you to stay true to yourself as you live it. Meanwhile, I’ll be right there with you practicing what I preach. You’ll have my full, undivided attention, which means I am responding to you from my most genuine, grounded self in order to give you all that I got.

  • Compassion

As humans, we can be our own worst enemy. The bullying and torment that our minds put us through can be relentless. We often call ourselves weak, inferior, imposters, and far worse. Through therapy, we will work on fostering your relationship with yourself. We will practice acknowledging what’s hard, recognizing your own humanness, and treating yourself the way you might treat a good friend.

  • Engagement

Do you ever tell yourself that you would like to be more engaged with the world around you? Internal distractors, like ruminating thoughts, and external distractors, like social media, get in our way. The cost of these attention-grabbers is that we are not actually connecting with the world around us. Through learning ways of observing, noticing, and simply being, you will discover how to live a richer, more gratifying life.

  • Inclusion

I am honored to work with trans, non-binary, and cisgender clients, individuals of all sexual orientations, clients of various abilities and neurotypes, and those from a wide array of cultural, ethnic, and racial backgrounds. I am committed to growing and learning and do my best to recognize the stigma, pressures, and stress placed on marginalized folks in our society. I will work with you at your pace to address the effects this has on your mental health and wellbeing.
